Today's Throwback Thursday and here's some art from over a year ago.
Before I got into fine art, I was doing primarily wood signs and letters.
This custom letter sign was created for my parents Maine house. I painted a Maine ocean landscape on it using acrylic paint.
These 6" wooden letters you can get at Michael's for only $1.99 a piece. Really affordable. Then I painted it with Annie Sloach Chalk paint and then sketched over top that. Then finally I added the acrylic paint.
The stand was added by my father.
