Today was one doozy of a day. We ended up taking Zachary to the ER. Him and AnnaGrace have been fighting a terrible virus. Not Covid. My Mother-in-law helped us out SOO much today so Adam and I could take naps. Adam even took baby Zachary in the baby carrier (He always falls asleep in that) and that’s when I started painting this bright colored Macaw.
I’m pretty sure I did already posted this verse on my blog, but today it’s keeping my focus right! When it feels like there’s no progress, no solutions, no answers, no way out, God is using that misery for GREAT things! He wastes nothing. No pain that we experiences as believers will ever be wasted. Only God can turn it around.
“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”
Daily Creative Quiet Time
Here I go! All through 2022 I’ll be sharing my daily creative quiet time routine. I’ll shoot for 10-minutes a day (at least) progressing through a Commission, or an Online Animal Art Masterclass tutorial, or a Youtube tutorial, or artwork for Collectors.
For me the creative process involves more than just colorful paint, it’s an act of praise and worship. I chose the phrase “Confidence in the Lord” as my art/life focus for the year. I plan to pull colorful inspiration from bible verses, the valuable lessons of life, and the vibrant paint I get my hands on! Now lets paint.
